OK, let's start :)
Ok I'm going to start with installing the Eye-Candy 3000 plug-In, but this method applies to any plug-in or filter that you want to instal. If you don't have this versatile plug-in then you can go and download Eye Candy 3000 which you can find here.
Once you've downloaded the Plug-In go to your Jasc folder (Program Files) and install it into your Plug-ins folder. If there isn't one create a folder and put your plug-in into that folder. When you next open Paint Shop Pro go to Effects and the Plug-Ins section should now be at the bottom of the menu.
Click on Plug-Ins and then you should be able to see the Eye Candy Plug In :) As you can see I have 3 pages worth lol. Once you duscover how to use Plug-Ins you'll have a lot of fun creating different effects to your images or creations.

If you can't find it, let's run through these few simple steps on how to install all plug-Ins.
Go to File and click on Preferences

Then click on File Locations.

Up will pop another menu, so click on Plug-in filters

If you press the 1st browse button, locate your Plug-In folder and click ok.

Now, everytime you download a different plug-in, make sure you put it into this Plug-In folder and when you restart your Paint Shop Pro. the new Plug-In will show up in the same location and will show up in your Plug-In menu :)
Should you have any problems or don't understand anything then please feel free to email me and I'll help if I can :)
