Open a 400x300 transparent image. Now open your tube that you are going to use to hang your name or word off... I am using this one. If you'd like to use this one then you can download it here :)
Now go to your colour pallet and choose yellow or beige. I am using colour #d3c2af.
Now go to your paintbrush tool, click, then go to your tool options pallet and set it to these settings
Let's now go to 'Layers/Raster Layer', then click ok. Go to your Text tool and click. Use these settings and any font you would like. A fat font looks better for this tutorial and I have chosen MC Cheers, size 48. If you'd like to to use the same font, you can download it here :)
Now type in your name or word and click ok. Your word should be on the transparent image and it should be floating. While it is floating (looks like little ants marching around the text) position it on your image by using your mover tool, and place it below the paint brush far enough down so that you can draw your chains up from it.
Now go to 'Selections/Select None'. Then go to your paintbrush tool and click on it..... draw with your mouse a line of beads from the name or word up to the top of the paint brush in the picture then stop. Come down to the bottom of the paintbrush and start your line down to the chain again.Repeat for other side.
Now your chains are on, so go to 'Selection/Select All' then go to 'selection/float'.
Your name or word and the chains should be floating.
Let's now go to 'Image/plugins/flamingpear/bladepro' and pick a filter you like; Choose what you prefer, it can be anything.I chose this preset:
When you've chosen your preset, click ok. Now go to 'Selection/Select none'.Let's now do a drop shadow...Go to 'Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow'
You can at this stage add more tubes or leave as it is. It's your tag, lol, what ever you choose is for you, no one else:) Now add a layer and 'drag' this layer to the bottom of your layer pallette. You can fill this layer white or black. I must admit, I add two layers and colour one white and one black. I then cloose the black and save one tag with a black background and again with the white background. This is how mine came out:
As always, if you have a problem going through this tutorial or get stuck, feel free to email me and I'll help you through it :)
